Cookie Policy
This policy explains which cookies and similar browser storage TempSMSVerify uses, why, and how you can control them.
Last updated:
2. Essential storage
These are needed for the site to work and cannot be switched off without breaking core features:
- Login session: keeps you signed in to your dashboard (local storage).
- Security: Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies to tell people and bots apart on sign-up and login.
- Referral link: remembers the referral code from a ?ref= link until you create an account.
- Interface preferences: small settings such as your dashboard layout.
3. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site, and Microsoft Clarity for aggregated session insights and heatmaps. Clarity masks form fields, and our dashboard and admin areas are masked so numbers, codes and balances are never recorded in readable form.
We also store first-visit and last-visit attribution (for example the campaign or referring site) in your browser so we can measure which channels bring customers. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell personal data.
4. Third-party services
- Google (Analytics 4, reCAPTCHA, Sign in with Google): https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Microsoft Clarity: https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement
- Cloudflare (Turnstile, network security): https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
- Stripe (card checkout, on Stripe's own pages): https://stripe.com/privacy
5. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage will sign you out and may prevent sign-up or login. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and most browsers offer tracking protection that limits analytics.
6. Changes and contact
We update this policy when the tools we use change, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: [email protected]. See also our Privacy Policy (/privacy).
